Human Resources Business Partner (Dubai Branch)

The HR Business Partner (Emiratization) will serve as a strategic liaison across the UAE branch, driving effective implementation of HR initiatives and programs in alignment with the Bank’s objectives. Operating cross-functionally, the HRBP will proactively engage with business and support units to deliver high-impact HR solutions, resolve stakeholder queries, and provide expert guidance on people-related matters. The job holder will ensure consistent and compliant HR service delivery in collaboration with specialized HR functions, while adhering to regulatory mandates, government directives, and internal policies. The HRBP will also support operational and administrative requirements of the branch, enabling business continuity and fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee the PRO function of the branch, ensuring compliance with the UAE labor laws, immigration mandates, and government regulations, including coordination with the entities, as necessary.
