Terms and Conditions

• Campaign is only valid for salary transfer customers.
• Customer must apply for Credit Card within 6 months of first salary transfer.
• Cashback will be processed after first credit card transaction within 60 days of first card transaction.
• The offer is valid for applications received between the campaign period only.
• The offer is valid for one cashback instance per primary applicant.
• Customer must complete QR 100,000 spend within 12 months of card activation.
• Failure to complete the spend requirement will result in claw back of the amount.
• In case, the customer opted to receive Avios, the equivalent amount will be clawed back.
• The maximum cashback amount will not exceed QR 5,000 or for those who choose to receive bonus Avios; the total won’t exceed 70,000 Avios.
• This is an opt in campaign, hence customers will be asked to fill out an enrollment form confirming their intentions to sign up for the campaign and agree to the listed Terms & Conditions.
• The bank will claw back the cashback from the customer’s Credit Card only if the customer:
  • Cancels the Credit Card within the first 12 months of Card issuance date; or
  • Is irregular with payments i.e. missed 2 payments of minimum amount due on the monthly statement.
  • Do not meet the minimum spend requirement within the specified period; or
  • Salary is decreased in the 12 months following the issuance of the Credit Card to below the minimum salary requirement as mentioned in the eligibility criteria.
• Campaign is subject to Qatar Central Bank regulations and applicable laws.
