Terms and Conditions
- Campaign Period: Valid from 26th October 2026 to 31st December 2026 (inclusive).
- Open to Doha Bank Retail and DPay customers making eligible E-Remittance transfers through Mobile Banking, Online Banking, and DPay. The campaign excludes transactions performed through eSwift, SWIFT, Western Union, Mastercard Remittance transactions, and remittances routed through banks other than the participating banks in the applicable corridor.
- Only successful transactions processed through the designated partner bank qualify, for the purposes of this Campaign, participating partner banks are:
- Philippines: Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
- Nepal: Global IME Bank
- Pakistan: Habib Bank Limited (HBL) and Bank Al Habib
- Minimum Qualifying Amount:
- Retail Customers: QR 2,500 per transaction
- DPay Customers: QR 500 per transaction
- Charges and fees are excluded from the qualifying amount
- Raffle Entries: Each qualifying remittance transaction earns one (1) draw entry. Customers may earn unlimited entries by making multiple qualifying transactions during the campaign period.
- Pakistan Corridor: Transactions below QR 750 are subject to a QR 5 Correspondent Bank fee plus applicable Doha Bank commission. Eligible transactions meeting the minimum campaign criteria qualify for the draw.
- Only successful transactions are eligible for the draw, Pending, Failed, Reversed, or Rejected transactions are not eligible.
- A total of sixteen (16) winners will be selected through Doha Bank’s approved automated draw system in January 2027, subject to eligibility verification, comprising:
- Six (6) Retail Customers; and
- Ten (10) DPay Customers
- Winners are eligible for one (1) return-trip economy class airfare ticket to the destination corresponding to the qualifying remittance corridor as follows:
- Philippines: Doha-Manila-Doha
- Nepal: Doha-Kathmandu-Doha
- Pakistan: Doha-Islamabad-Doha
- Winners shall be notified through the contact details registered in Doha Bank’s records, including telephone calls, SMS messages, email or any other communication method deemed appropriate by Doha Bank.
- Travel Period: The prize ticket must be booked and utilized between January 2027 until 31 August 2027.
- The airfare tickets are sponsored by the participating partner banks. Doha Bank acts solely as the organizer of the Campaign and shall not be responsible for the issuance, cancellation, modification or fulfillment of the airfare tickets by the sponsoring partner banks.
- Travel is subject to airline availability, blackout dates, fare rules, and the sponsor’s approved airfare budget.
- Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.
- Winners must complete all required verification, documentation, and publicity requirements before prize distribution.
- By participating in the Campaign, winners consent to the use of their names, nationality, photographs and prize details for promotional purposes relating to the Campaign, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize and complete the required documentation within thirty (30) days from the notification date, Doha Bank reserves the right to declare the prize forfeited and select an alternate winner.
- Prize Coverage: Airfare prize covers only the return-trip economy-class ticket. All other travel-related expenses, including visas, insurance, accommodation, meals, taxes not included in the ticket, and personal expenses, are the winner’s responsibility.
- Doha Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
- All transactions remain subject to applicable AML/CFT regulations and screening requirements. The Bank may decline transactions or withhold prizes where regulatory concerns arise.
- Doha Bank shall not be liable for delays, failures, cancellations, or issues caused by airlines, beneficiary banks, intermediary banks, third parties, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Doha Bank shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or inability to conduct the Campaign or deliver any prize due to events beyond its reasonable control, including regulatory restrictions, natural disasters, airline operational issues, pandemics, labor disputes or other force majeure events.
- Doha Bank employees, outsourced staff, Board members, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- All draws shall be conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and under the supervision of the relevant authorities where required.
- Any disputes arising from the campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
- All existing Doha Bank Remittance Terms & Conditions remain applicable throughout the campaign period.
