How do I earn the Shopping Voucher during the promotion?

  1. Apply and qualify for the Doha Bank Lulu Mastercard Platinum Credit Card against:
    • – A salary of QR 7,500, or
    • – A fixed deposit of QR 10,000
  2. Activate your card via the Doha Bank Mobile App or by contacting the Call Center on 4445 6000.
  3. Complete a minimum spend of QR 1 at any Lulu store in Qatar or on Lulu online after card activation.
  4. Eligible customers will be contacted by Lulu within 90 days from the first transaction date to arrange for the voucher collection.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Organizer
    This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Doha Bank Q.P.S.C. (“Doha Bank” or “the Bank”) in partnership with LuLu Hypermarkets and Mastercard.
  2. Campaign Period
    • 2.1 The Campaign is valid from 12th May 2026 until 30th June 2026, or until a total of 2,300 eligible customers have successfully acquired the Doha Bank LuLu Mastercard Platinum Credit Card, whichever occurs earlier.
    • 2.2 Doha Bank reserves the right to extend or terminate the Campaign in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory approvals.
  3. Eligibility
    • 3.1 The Campaign is open exclusively to New to Card retail customers who:
      • – Are individual retail customers (not corporate or SME);
      • – Have not held or cancelled a Doha Bank credit card within the preceding six (6) months;
      • – Successfully meet Doha Bank’s credit approval criteria.
    • 3.2 Eligible applicants must apply for the Doha Bank LuLu Mastercard Platinum Credit Card based on:
      • – A minimum monthly salary of QR 7,500, or
      • – A fixed deposit lien of not less than QR 10,000, in accordance with Doha Bank’s credit policy.
    • 3.3 Customers who have received a welcome gift or acquisition incentive from Doha Bank within the last six (6) months are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
  4. Welcome Voucher Offer
    • 4.1 The first 2,300 eligible customers will receive a LuLu voucher valued at QR 500.
    • 4.2 Customers qualifying after the 2,300-customer threshold has been reached shall be eligible to receive a LuLu voucher valued at QR 200, subject to availability.
    • 4.3 The LuLu voucher:
      • – Is issued only for the first Primary Credit Card;
      • – Is not applicable to supplementary cards;
      • – Is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • 4.4 The LuLu voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance, subject to LuLu Hypermarket’s voucher usage terms.
  5. Spend Requirement
    • 5.1 To qualify for the voucher, the eligible customer must complete at least one (1) retail transaction valued at QR 1 or more using the Credit Card at:
      • – Any LuLu Hypermarket outlet in the State of Qatar, or
      • – LuLu official online platforms within Qatar.
  6. Voucher Fulfilment
    • 6.1 Eligible customers will receive their qualifying LuLu voucher within ninety (90) days from the first transaction.
    • 6.2 Voucher collection requires:
      • – The physical presence of the cardholder, and
      • – Presentation of a valid Qatar ID.
    • 6.3 Doha Bank shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
  7. LuLu Points and Rewards
    • 7.1 LuLu Points earned under this Campaign are:
      • – Non-transferable;
      • – Non-redeemable for cash.
    • 7.2 Eligible transactions include:
      • – Retail, international, and e-commerce transactions conducted via LuLu platforms.
    • 7.3 The following transactions do not qualify for LuLu Points:
      • – Cash advances;
      • – Government-related merchant categories (as defined by Visa/Mastercard);
      • – Remittances;
      • – Installment payment plans;
      • – Fees, charges, penalties, or interest;
      • – Corporate and SME credit cards.
    • 7.4 Reward Rates:
      • – 5% LuLu Points on LuLu purchases for cards issued against salary transfer;
      • – 2% LuLu Points on LuLu purchases for cards issued against fixed deposit;
      • – Up to 1% LuLu Points on eligible purchases made outside Lulu stores in Qatar.
  8. Fees and Card Conditions
    • 8.1 All Credit Cards issued under this Campaign are subject to Doha Bank’s Credit Card Terms & Conditions, Schedule of Charges, and applicable banking regulations in force in the State of Qatar.
    • 8.2 Doha Bank reserves the right to conduct standard credit, compliance, and fraud checks at any stage.
  9. Modification & Termination
    • 9.1 Doha Bank and Mastercard reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions for legitimate reasons, with reasonable notice where required.
    • 9.2 Any changes shall not adversely affect customers who have already fulfilled the eligibility conditions prior to the amendment.
  10. Limitation of Liability
    • 10.1 To the extent permitted under Qatari law, Doha Bank shall not be liable for:
      • – Any indirect or consequential loss;
      • – Voucher misuse or merchant-related issues;
      • – Acts or omissions of third-party partners.
