Tawasol Mission statement

At Doha Bank, we believe in providing the best of services to our customers. We provide customers with easy access to information, products and services, as well as the means to get their requests/queries/complaints redressed. In this regard Doha Bank’s Tawasol has been set-up with the mission of: “Reflect a new phase in unified Customer Service, Customer Retention, achieving continued Customer Loyalty and thereby enhancing the overall image of Doha Bank – Retail Banking Division”.


Tawasol Objectives & Scope

  • Act as one-stop service center to address all types of customer complaints and enquiries
  • Provide systematic and standardized service quality at all times
  • Enhance turn-around-time of resolving customer complaints and act as the one-point customer interface
  • All customers are informed about our unique products & services offerings
  • Act as a differentiator to take the prime-mover advantage enabling us to work continuously towards providing quality service to our customers.

Please note: Tawasol will not perform any teller / sales operations
